Hello Paul,
I get the exact same issue since 3.1 SR2...
If you ever find the answer or a workaround or something please let me know.
Regards,
Benoit
I notice that this new version it take longer time to save the file after reload.
Especially when your QVF file is big.
So what I do is let it save and don't close the app while it save.

Hi Paul and Benoit,
We are experiencing the same issue with QS version 3.1 SR2; we just installed QS version 3.1 SR3 but based on this thread, the problem will persist
We had two QVF files corrupted over the last 7 days, in both cases the QVF was located on a network drive (the same server in both cases, two different developers, both working with QS version 3.1 SR2). A third developer currently on leave has not reported any issue, but we believe all his Qlik Sense applications are located in his workstation, and he is working with QS version 3.1 SR2.
Are you experiencing this issue while saving the Qlik Sense Application to a network folder or locally in your workstation?
Thanks in advance,
Hello Arnaldo,
I had the issue with both SR2 and SR3 and the files are located on my workstation.
I do not believe my QVFs are that big : between 3 and 5 MB most of the time.
Regards,
Benoit
Hello Everyone,
Getting the exact same issue with SR2. What I've done is created backups for my qvf. files so whenever 1 gets corrupt I replace it with the backup. I know its not a solution but can work till the solution is worked out.

Thanks Benoit,
So, the application's corruptions are happening while working on the local workstation or on a network drive.
I read in another thread that corruptions happens when refreshing data at the same time that adding a new visualization.

Armaldo
In my case , it happening on local work station. While the QS saving my data after reload , I close the program. So from now on I try not to touch any thing while reload. It never happen again.
