nprinting reports are not coming

Hi

i have reports in nprinting and it will share to my network shared folder

daily 3 times its running normally but today it didnt shared any files

plz help me  ... wat could be the problem

your first steps will be

check that the nprinting service is running

check the logs files

Yes it is running and i cant find any error in log file

web engine log

scheduler log

engine log

i cant find any error showing

what should i do

Try changing the logs to DEBUG level: Logging ‒ Qlik NPrinting
