Nprinting 17.2 Connection to qliksense 3.0.2 stuck in Generating State

Hello all,

I have installed NPrinting 17.2 on separate server using attached installation guide.

Now when I try to create Connection to connect to Qliksense App,it is struck in Generating State.

User Creating connection has RootAdmin Role in Qliksense QMC.

Is there any troubleshoot suggested to resolve this?

Regards,

Shraddha

Forgot to mention, Connection status id 'OK'.

Not applicable

which User ID  Nprinting installed that user ID should be on windows server administrator group on same system IF NOT INSTALL AGAIN admin Previlages , try with your owner of that particular APP with content and root admin rights, Use correct APP ID and URLs

I did installation for 17.1.1 on 2 servers for testing.

Now from one server i am able to generate cache status. but on another server it is stuck in generating state.

Is there anything I can check?

Could also be an idea to restart services. I think repository is the most important one for this.

Ok,

In my case it was the repository service was stuck...I would go through the nPrinting installation document and see if that helps, a lot of fall pits or else contact support and they can go through the installation with you.

Did you do bit with exporting QlikSense certificates? That worked for me:
