Login windows authentication

Hello, I can access my hub via IP address/hub, but when I try to login but it says site can not be reached.

What is causing this?

Check if the port are enabled in firewall for Qlik - windows authentication

Yes google cloud did not have the port open on the firewall. I enabled it windows server but not on the console.
