Nprinting 17.2 Connection to qliksense 3.0.2 stuck in Generating State

Hello all,

I have installed NPrinting 17.2 on separate server using attached installation guide.

Now when I try to create Connection to connect to Qliksense App,it is struck in Generating State.

User Creating connection has RootAdmin Role in Qliksense QMC.

Is there any troubleshoot suggested to resolve this?

yes - I did use exported qliksense certificate.

This was mentioned in the steps in attached pdf file

Another question - Did you allocate a QlikSense token for that user which is running NPrinting Service?

note: as you were able to generate on one server i assume yes - token was allocated
