then i need some policy that he/she can see the document that has access on it
what configuration i need?

i set security on qlikview server on server tab on anonymous and in qlikview web server tab i set authentication on never

Do you have Usage/Session CALs? Those have to be used with Anonymous access.

You should use the default NTFS permissions and let Windows handle the authorization. Ensure that users have appropriate permissions to the QVW files. SeeAuthentication and Authorization.

Check your QV Server LEF to see what types of CALs are provisioned in the license.

What specifically do you need to understand? As stated previously, anonymous access requires Session/Usage CALs. What types of CALs are provisioned in your LEF file?
