Hi,

In QMC > System > License > Select License Server > Client License Access (CAL)

then add or remove cal

I removed user from list but it is showing restore. pls see the attached image.

It have 24 hrs quarantine time.

It will remove after 24 hrs.

That is working as designed. As Prashant stated, when a Named User CAL is deleted it is placed in a quarantine state for a period of 24 hours for all versions of QlikView other than 12.10 (and upcoming releases of 12.00 SR6 & 11.20 SR16), which is 7 days.
