Hi all,

There is a "Window login" button in NPrinting?

Does it mean that we can add user through AD?

If not, what is the purpose of this button?

That is not available at this time. I believe currently that you can only import users from an excel file or enter them manually.

Hopefully more functionality is coming soon in 17.3 in Feb.

Hi Louis,

When you're adding users into the NPrinting admin console, you can include their domain logon. (domain\logon)

This will allow the user to either log on with their domain account, or to use pass through authentication:

Hi Louis,

If they're using their active directory logon to get into Sense, then yes.

So, if I use mycompany\Simon to log onto the PC and into my sense hub, that is what you can add in that box when you're creating or editing an NPrinting user.

They will then be able to use that logon and their password to access NPrinting.
