Is it possible to use Qlik sense Alternate State to filter other fields?

In Qlik sense, I set field A as Alternate State, so field A will not impact field B.

However, still need field A to filter field C.

There is no aggregation functions in field A, B, C, so seems that could not use Qlik sense Set analysis.

Any suggestion is appreciated!
