Can I calculate the difference between two columns of a pivot table?

Good morning, I need to know if  it's possible to put inside a PIVOT an additional column containing the difference between the amounts of two other columns.

Basically I need to insert a third column that calculates the difference between the first two scenarios, but in my excel are contained in the same column (as it's possible to see in the following image) and thus I can't use the formula Sum (X) - Sum (Y).
