Qlik Sense Desktop on Hybrid Devices?

Hi Everyone,

I've been using QlikView / Qlik Sense for several years and have recently suggested deploying Qlik Sense on every computer at my new workplace.

The problem is, everyone is using a Hybrid laptop (Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro), and apparently all we can do is using the mobile version which is not suitable for our day to day requirements.

Is there any way we can use Qlik Sense on our computers (Hybrids) and still be able to use the normal version of Qlik Sense Desktop?

Thank you so much for your help and congrats on the great product!

Don

The photo above shows the Mobile Version of Qlik Sense, which is the default version for our Hybrid Laptops (Lenovo Yoga).

Is there any way for us to use the Desktop version instead?

Thank you once again for your time,

Don

Hy Don,

Perhaps you have to Change the client.css for the mobile Resolution. Whats the relsultion on the screenshot you posted?

Is this Tableau in your start menu??? Open Qlik Sense as suggested in your browser, rather than on the Client.

fiddling with client.css does not seem like a viable option to me, seeing as css will then have to be updated on each device individually.

Hey lakshmikandhaaron_ppmc , mahlerma,

Thank you for your prompt reply and support!

You guys are awesome!

mahlerma, ahaha you couldn't let that one slide, could you?

Our BI department was worried that Qlik Sense wouldn't work properly on our Hybrid Laptops, so they gave Tableau a quick try.

Anyway, I guess we won't see Tableau around here anytime soon!!

Thanks for the support guys, you rock!
