Yes, its possible to adapt sheets headlights in webview mode.
If you mean a "fit to screen" you can do this with a macro if you use the IE plugin or an extension if you use AJAX.
We were using the extension but found issues in that it constantly refreshed each time something was clicked.
The macro method is known to work very well.
If you mean resizing individual objects then I am not aware of a method but maybe with a macro
