Users password doesn't work

I imported successfully all users through user directory connector using Active Directory/Ldap and assigned their token with custom properties. Unfortunately, they are not able to log in. I believe their password is not working unless I am missing something.

Is their any error messages that they get while logging in? Were you able to see any errors in Audit logs?

Nothing in the audit log file. Below is the error received when I try to login as user but I am to login with system admin user.

First this is a QLik Sense problem and you pont in a Qlikview section....

Try to use localhost instead of hfmqlik in the URL(inside the server) , I think that you have a DNS resolution problem
