User Access Testing in Qliksense

Hello Qlikers,

I have added user and given him all the access like, token, stream access, application access...

Just want to know, how can we check or test that uses have got the access of assigned apps?

In general way, I know only user with his credentials can do the same but is their any short cut or alternate where a admin can check the same in qliksense?

Pls suggest.

Hi Balraj,

if you have security rules you can click on Preview.

Then if everthing is correct you see under Audit (right the table) which user can access.

Under Audit you can also do the same for Apps, Streams and so one.

You find this all in the qmc.

You also have License and Monitoring App provided by Qlik Sense to see the logged in users with time stamp & how many users has been issued tokens under what stream and app etc...

Hi Raj,

Best way to check in security rules, there you will find all the access which is allocated or not like read ,write, like so on..

Meanwhile in Monitoring app also will provide each and every part of the application objects and their details .
