Hello,
After I made an upgrade to my Qlik Sense Server from v2.2.3 to v3.1.4, the users can see all streams in the hub.
In v 2.2.3, i've created a Security rule to each Stream and provide the right access to users and after migration, the users can see all streams.
Can anyone help me resolve this situation?
Thanks
Best Regards,
Helga Ventura
Hi Helga, to identify which security rule is granting the access to the users, you can go to the Stream->User access and double click on the access rights section:
That way you can audit each Stream and will be able to identy your problem.
Hope it helps,
Andrés
Hi Andres,
Thanks for your reply!
As you can see in the image attached, the user "teste", can see all the streams avaiable in the qmc and it's apps, and it is supposed only see the stream "Facturas" and it's apps.
As you mentioned, i've go to the Stream --> User Access, and only the "Facturas" as permissions to "teste", so i don't know where is the problem.
At first time when i have installed the server, i didn't change the original security rules, only create new ones to each profiling access, and each user, only could see it's streams and apps.
In the last week, i've upgrading the server and started this problems: user "teste" can see all streams as the apps.
it's possible to be a original security rule?
Thanks,
best Regards,
Helga
Hi Helga, indeed the problem might be one of the default security rules. So as I told you when you double click on the user that has access it will show you the associated security rules that you have to that specific Stream:
That way you will be able to find that problematic rule, otherwise it will be a bit difficult to know exactly which rule is affecting your Streams.
Hope it helps,
Andrés
Hi Andres,
I'm sorry, i didn't understand. I have done what you told me, and in user "Teste", is only associated to an security rule created by me, that allows access only to the stream "Producoes".

Helga
