Problem with images in Nprinting

Good morning to all.

In my company we have designed an application in QlikView, to make the reports we chose the Nprinting module. The idea is that reports are made through the web view of the application.

The problem occurs when we perform the preview of the report in Excel format. If the preview is done in normal mode, the images are in perfect condition, however if the preview is done with the webview activated the images shrink no matter what option is chosen in Stretch.

Thank you very much for the help you can give me.

Hi Ernesto,

You can use a copy of the QVW (with WebView turned off) as the NPrinting Connection source and the original as the GUI.

If you look at the Read Me tab of the Sales Demo.qvw  file used in the On-demand examples in the training materials you will see:

Hi Ernesto,

For this reason QlikView documents used in NPrinting Connections must always be saved with WebView turned off. Search for WebView in this online document: How to Make Reports Selectable with NPrinting On-Demand and see the last sentence here: NPrinting On-Demand: Examples

Any particular reason you want WebView on? Extension objects are not supported anyway.

Hi Daniel.

Thanks for anwser me. The problem is that we need to create a an Extension Button to generate Nprinting Reports and only can do it with On Demand Connection on WebView.

¿Do you know if it's possible create a button on normal mode? ¿Or if there is another way to generate reports directly in the QlikView Application

Thanks in advance.

Ernesto.
