Hi All - replying to an old thread but...

We have been able to successfully deliver a QV Dash using Clarity PPM Data via the QVSource Web Connector.

The easiest method is to build Clarity queries from the front end (Clarity On Demand) and use the QVSource Web Connector to access these queries via SOAP requests.

Originally we tapped into their Oracle backend db via VPN, but that introduced risks and concerns from our Client, not to mention the time in understanding the data model.

With the queries from the Clarity On Demand portal, you won't need a deep understanding of the underlying data model. You have the ability to lookup user-friendly field names and test/validate the query results via Clarity. Queries can be built by the client or Clarity PPM SME.
