I am trying to upgrade Qlik Enterprise edition from 2.0 to 3.1.5. When I ran the first time, it failed to setup engine with the error message "You don't have administrator permission". Tried again, can't get past the screen with "server credentials". See the attached screenshot. Check box and username edit boxes are disabled. It does not accept the password. I am running in administrator mode.
Any help is appreciated.

Kindly check your ID have admin Access are not.
if you are trying to run using Server Credentials, better to try one more time it will take.

Thanks for your response. I logged in as administrator, the services are configured to be running with different account 'qservice'. I tried passwords for both accounts, but it errors out.

After reading some forums, this is what I did.
1. Uninstall current version.
2. Install same old version. Services work fine with no issues.
3. Try upgrade to 3.1.5
Now I get error "Qlik Sense Engine Service count not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install the system services". (Attached screenshot and log file)
For services, I am using a local account "qservice" that has admin privileges. I am running the installer in admin mode.
How shall I fix this issue?
I don't see any option to attach a file. Here are a few lines from the log file.

Get in touch with Qlik tech support
Make sure that the account that you are running have admin access (try running the setup with run as administrator). Also make sure that the serviceaccount have admin access.
