Hej,
After a motherboard and CPU change on our front end machine, the QVS service is down according to QMC.
#The Qlikview Server services is running.
#Its possible to connect to the qvs from the Qlikview client "Open in server" and open the files.
However, QMC cant connect to the service (see attached)
Any ideas?

I have seen cases where the service is running but the QMC says it is offline. Usually a restart of the QMC service resolves.
Did you restart the QVS service on the server ? What does your task manager looks like for Qlikview Services?
If not one of the previous solutions, it could signify problems with accounts. The QMS has a log file of its own. Any messages in the log?
(FYI: on the machine running the QMS, open the corresponding log file in C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\Log\)
