Binary Load in Qlik Sense server

Hello

Was working on Qlik Sense Deskop

I got 3 qvf files

one that connects to database and save tables into qvds

a second file that reads the qvds and create the appropriate schema

and a third file that binary loads from the second file

Now I imported these files as APPs in QMC

so now the second file no longer in a folder it is in the database of Qlik Sense no?

cause binary load won't work

Please advise on how to fix this
