Access Qlik Sense Hub With External IP

Hello,

I am trying to enable access to the Hub through an external IP address.  I added the following to the Host White List.

When I go to the url (i.e https://PublicIP/hub) from outside the network, I am prompted the login screen. When I enter my credentials, I do see all of my apps.  However, I cannot access any apps.  When I select one, I just continually see the popping Qlik Sense circles.

I am close...  Can someone please provide the QMC configuration that I am missing.

Sounds like you haven't applied a license token against your userid in QMC?

Hi Shane,

Sorry for the late response.  The issue has been resolved.  The White List was missing the domain name URL as follows.


https://<DomainName>/hub

Hi Alec,

I have the same issue. Before you did this can you access to QMC? Because I can access to QMC, my problem is with Hub

‌Carlos did you add the hub URL to the whitelist in QMC like Alex mentioned?
