get the rank of salesmen based on their penetration and pos

I have a pivot table in which I'm displaying names of salesmen grouped by salesmen group and next to each salesman I'm putting the total number of invoices and total number of customers
now as a third column I want to add the rank of each salesman based on who has the highest ratio of penetration / pos
