Dependencies in different stages in qlikview development

i try to use lineage\ dependencies analyser

but i am not able to scan all my qvw and qvds, reason may be -

I have folder structure like that -

D:\Qlikview\Final\Application -- Contain Final Applications (binary load of data models and section access files)

D:\Qlikview\Final\Data model -- Contain data model for all Final Applications

D:\Qlikview\Stage3\<Functional module folders>\QVWS -- Contain Stage3 QVWS for all Functional Modules

D:\Qlikview\Stage3\<Functional module folders>\QVDs -- Contain Stage3 QVDS for all Functional Modules

D:\Qlikview\Stage2\<Functional module folders>\QVWS -- Contain Stage2 QVWS for all Functional Modules

D:\Qlikview\Stage2\<Functional module folders>\QVDs -- Contain Stage2 QVDS for all Functional Modules

D:\Qlikview\Stage1\<Functional module folders>\QVWS -- Contain Stage1 QVWS for all Functional Modules

D:\Qlikview\Stage1\<Functional module folders>\QVDs -- Contain Stage1 QVDS for all Functional Modules

due to multiple folder structure not able to scan all qvws and qvds , please anyone suggest any option to do scan all at same time?

Hi I already tried it but not working with folder structure. It scan qvds and qvws under folder till one level down. I want that it can scan all qvds and qvws under that folder
