Issue with Active directory sync into QlikSense

Hi People

We are facing an issue with Active directory sync into QlikSense. LDAP filters are used in user directory connectors. Could someone help me to fix this issue

Working environment  (Qliksense3.1 SR4   Version: 10.7.3)

Windows server 2012 installed on VMware virtual machine. Here AD sync is working and able to import new users with LDAP filters

Non- Working environment  (Qliksense3.1    Version : 10.3.5)

Windows server 2012 installed on VMware virtual machine. Here AD sync is getting succeeded but it is only syncing the old users not importing new users with LDAP filters

Note : ‘Sync user data for existing users’ has been checked in both the environments

If you want that new users can be imported, you have to remove "Sync user data for existing users"(uncheck it)
