We are new to NPrinting here. What is the best practice to allow an end-user (i.e. working in business line) to run a report and pick specific parameter/filter at run time ?
Currently we have developer and admin level access setup where we can add filters to run reports; however, we need to enable self service so users can run their own reports and pick the option(s) needed.
It looks like we may be able to create our own custom role to do this, but I'm wondering why this doesn't come out of the box for users to run their own reports; thus, wanted to check and confirm best approach.
We are running NPrinting 17.2 with Qlik Sense. Any guidance is appreciated. thanks in advance!
