You'll have to register at www.qlik.com as a customer, or ask your account manager to turn your current account into a customer account.
Then visit www.qlik.com->Services->Customer Downloads. You will be forwarded to the full download site with all Qlik products and all available versions, instead of just the registration form for QlikView Personal Edition.
Note that there is just the QlikView Server installer for different platforms (11:20= x86 or x64 or x64 for win8 or later, v12= just x64). The version of QlikView Server (SBE or EE) is embedded in your license code and therefor doesn't need a different installer.
