As I check the log then I get the error "Registry key not found. Key = 'SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\DevDiv\vc\Servicing\12.0\RuntimeMinimum'" in the beginning.

The above error is also coming in N printing Server 17.1.

Take a restore of the backup you took before you started the upgrade process then upgrade to 17.2 before upgrading to 17.3

Looking at the release notes you need to start the upgrade to 17.2 not 17.1 which may have caused your corruption also did you stop all the services once you had taken your backup before installing the software?

I think you will need to raise a support ticket and hope they have a repair utility.

Andy

I do not know. Perhaps its because it's expecting you to be upgrading from the 17.2 version?
