Expression Issue with Count of values

I want the output as count(column (C))='MET'/total count of (Column (C))

i.e., 3/6 = 2 to be shown in a text box.

Try below Expression

Count(C)/Count({<C={"MET"}>}C)

Shouldn't it be the opposite?

Count({<C={'MET'}>}C)/Count(C)
