Mail with bookmark as a link not working

Hi,

For some users 'mail with bookmark as a link' is not working but same link is working other users.

Can anybody help to fix the issue.

is the link not working? it seems like port 4747 is blocked or tunneling is not setup.

Accesspoint link is opening for user but  'mail with bookmark as a link' is not working for him.

Is he able to open that particular application from the AP? can you post the link here?
