qlik sense 3.2 - how to create and assign user to a group?

Hi guys,

i have a requirement

1) I need to create a group - called development team.

2) then i will add in specific users into the development team.

3) i have to create a stream called - Extractor

4) i want to add this development team group to the stream, with full right access.

I dunnot where to create a "group", in security rules?? or custom propeties?? how ??
