I know the free cloud version is 3.2 already.

version 3.1 SR4 just downloaded, not version 3.2... gone have to wait...

I learned in the mean time that the public version is still 3.1 indeed.

Should be 3.2 soon though.

We are currently updating our download process for our free users.  Qlik Sense Desktop 3.2 requires users to sign-in using a Qlik Account so we are rolling out a bit slower than normal to ensure the end to end process is as smooth as possible. However as mentions in this post: Introducing Qlik Sense 3.2
