2 apps mashup

hi all,

i have a mashup that use objects from 2 different apps.

filters, for example 'OrderYear' from first app doesn't effect 2nd app objects.

OrderYear is common field for both apps which is in use in both apps.

any ideas?

advanced thanks

If it's two separate apps they do not share selection state.
if the values are the same you could try to manually select the data point in both apps.

hi Alexander,

Manually you mean keep both apps 'OredrYear',

so user will select OredrYear from app1 and OredrYear from app2 ?

try to implement the document chaining in qlikview see below link and use transfer state option

Document Chaining : Re: Document Chaining not working

Yes, depending on the data perhaps you could even consider merging the two documents into one if the data models are similar enough?

Hi Alexander,

i build a couple of useful mashups with DAR template (Introducing DAR mashup template)

and some from scratch.

all was working fine but in the last qliksense update (June-17) all mashups and extension become unavailable.

they appear under /qmc/extensions list and they located under C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Repository\Extensions.

but they fail to render in the apps / mashups.

i would rebuild from backup as i have all js css and html files but i cant create any new, create / + button is grey..

can you assist here?

advanced thanks
