Unable to install QS

Hi all,

I m getting error meg to install the QS in my system(win 7 64 bit).attached is the screen shot for your reference. how can resolve this?

its QS Desktop , which is unbale to install

Make sure you have .net framework installed on your PC.

yes i installed the 4.5.2 net framwwork

Are you running as administrator? What error message are you now getting?

Can you share your installation log file

The default location is <user>\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Log.

Error 0x81f403e8: The Burn engine cannot run with an MBA under the .NET 4 CLR on Windows 7 RTM with .NET 4.5.2 (or greater) ?

Based on your log, issue with your .5.2 net framework  (can you ensure whether it's installed properly) and

qlik sense desk required  SP1 of Windows 7 to install it

Note:

if you have .netframework 4.5.2 & above and OS Windows 7 SP1 & above version then issue still exists try to clean your qlik sense desktop (take backup of your app and then clean from registry and re-install using administrator account).

The same error appeared to me and I only ran the installer with administrator permissions and with that I could install without problems.
