Customize no USER CAL message on Access Point and No Server message

Hi,

One of the customer as requested us to customize the messages on Access Point. Can someone guide me if this is doable.

1. How to customize the text for no User CAL message to Users on Access Point?

Custom Message - "Please contact support team for accessing the reports"

2. Similarly need to show something friendly and detailed message when the server is down, instead of "No Server"?

Custom Message - "Currently the server is down and support team is working on it. It will be up and running shortly"

• AFAIK you cannot customize IE Plugin (aka QlikOcx) messages. This is a Windows program, not a web page. Strings are encoded inside the program.
• Customizing the AccessPoint code can be done if you know enough HTML/JavaScript/CSS details. Check the AccessPoint code files in C:\Program Files\QlikView\Web. However, keep in mind that these customizations are not supported by Qlik or Qlik Support. If you break something, you're on your own.
