Qlik not working on Android and iOS

Hi, despite working on Windows Phone, after I do the Login on IOS and Android devices I get either a blank screen or a "Cannot create connection" error!

Any clue about this? It is working with no problems on my Windows phone!

Both (android & ios phones) are in the same network than the windows phone? same ip range? same wireless router?
