qlik sense mobile access through VPN

hi all ,

trying to connect to sense sever through mobile device  but after passing the login i receive an error (attached).

same for ios and android

VPN app - "Pulse Secure"

any ideas ??

Hi Ilan,

We were trying to connect Qlik Sense Hub via an MDM solution called VMWare AirWatch. Faced a lot of issues which were zeroed in to an existing issue with the Apple Safari UIWebView with the web socket connections going outside the AirWatch VPN tunnel.hence Qlik Sense did not work on iOS after login on the AirWatch Browser.

Same issue with other MDM solutions like mobile iron etc. However when we tried with pulse secure it worked as expected. Anyways thanks for the update.

We are facing the same issues. Are there no means to make Qlik Sense work on Airwatch on iOS devices? Is there any issue logged with Qlik or are they rectifying this in their latest updates?

Try to use Dolphin Web Browser for ios:  Dolphin Web Browser –Fast Private Internet Search on the App Store

it should works fine.
