Hello, I have a problem with the Qlik sense desktop installation. I installed the software with the administrator profile and the program runs properly. But when the user login with his profiles the programa disapear. I can' t find the program and I can't use it.
Does anyone know what can be done? Please
The QlikSense application is still there, you just do not see the icon on the User's desktop (since it was created on Admin's desktop). Try to find the app via Explorer (usually it's installed in ..\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\... and create the start icon manually...

Qlik Sense Desktop is installed at the current user's Documents folder, e.g. %USERPROFILE%\Document\Qlik ... as you installed it using an Admin account it is very likely Qlik Sense was installed at the Admin's USERPROFILE folder instead of the expected user's profile.
Can the User install Qlik Sense Desktop using his/her login account?

Hi, the program is installed on the c:\users\administrator\Appdata\Local\Programs\Qlik\Sense. This is the problem because the user can't access it.
The solution is :
- Give administrators rights to this user.
- Login in the user profile.
- Install the program and excute it. Logout.
- Login with administrator profile and leave the previous permissions of the user.
Finally the user can login in his profile and then can execute the program without problems.
