How to keep my previous table intact in qliksense

i have a table as below , where i rank the suppliers region wise every month based on KPI value and weights allocated to KPI's  .

. My supplier name and Average weights keep changing every month  .So may be a new supplier get added in the list on any month .

1.How can i create script  to keep my previous month ranking data and also rank my supplier based on current month

2.Show a comparison between previous ranking and current ranking.

APAC	xyz2	7.5	2

Reload and store your current data in an Archive QVD.

Next month Load Archive QVD and concatenate current month data to Archive table and store entire table into QVD overwriting existing Archive QVD

Hi  i am new to QlikSense . Can you let me know the steps for below . I am currently using excel as my input file .

1. Reload and store your current data in an Archive QVD.

2. Next month Load Archive QVD

3. concatenate current month data to archive table

4. store entire table into QVD overwriting exiting archive QVD

I know its a lot ,  but really appreciate your help.
