Service not available, closing transmission channel error in Nprinting 17.2.3

while sending email gives me error :

"A requeue response was returned but no reuquest was included to be requeued. RequeuedResponse.RequestId id abcdefghijklm"

"Service not available, closing transmission channel. The server response was: 4.7.0"

then it fail to send email in nprinting 17.2.3

Hi Predoole,

restart the Nprinting server first and lateron Restart all Nprinting services and then

reschedule the report and check once againg the task excution status of the same.

Have you checked the log files of Nprinting?
