I would like to know if exist some kind of a doc template to use in the initial time of a project

I have to do a estimated, an study of the different sources and estimate cost and times, exist any document that helps me? or guide me?

I've created a documentation template and have written a blogpost (QvM - Documentation) about it. I use the template both as a business requirement gathering template and as a documentation template for future developers.
