How I can access to an app from a pc outside our network

Hi,

we have qlik sense installed on the server in hosting on our provider. We write a complex app and We're done Our job. so we want to access our users (we have 5 token) but we don't understand how to do.

When I acces from the browser to https://ip/server/hub I get an error:

404 page not found

Can you help me?

Maybe ask your network people to check it out.  Could well be some firewall ports need opening.
