As of date monthly shows only up till current month for previous years

Hey guys I am having an issue where if I select a year  in my YTD Traffic count report in (YTD Day Wise tab)  it shows me Months for the  only up to the current month of this year  , I want to show all months for that year.  and also on on MTD Traffic count it is showing me The Current Month even If I select previous year.  I would like it to show all months for that year. when I drill down the year.  . Thank You.

I think you need to add AsOfYear as your dimension and then make selection in the AsOfYear field instead of Year
