i am unable to sort the month field in NPrinting 17.2.3

i have excel template field like month  like below  i want to sort by  jan,feb,mar,aprl,.....

but it is not getting .

can anyone help on this?

but i  have lot of sheets in excel so i cant do it for all pivots into stright

is there any other alternative?

i have done all the sorting options in excel earlier only.  still i didnt get it avi.

Although I wouldnt recomend this as you will need to keep updating your custom list.

Creat a custom list and apply it to your excel sheets.

am using excel 2016 in that i didnt found custom list. how can i add ?

Select your list to sort and in the data sort section of excel you will have an option for custom sort.  select that and then in the drop down at the end you will have the option of setting a custom list.

Add your entries in and then apply them like i've done in my example.  Like I say this is not a great way to do this as there is a maintenance overhead but will meet your requirement.

In the piviot table its in a slightly different location under more sorting options.
