AND condition in Set Analysis

Hi

I have a set analysis which works fine.

As per below :

(count({<

Leavers.Leaving_Reason-={'Flexi Retirement'},

Dates.FiscalYear={'15/16'}

>} Leavers.Leaving_Reason))

I now need to exclude any Fixed Term Contract staff but only exclude 'Medical & Dental' staff from the fixed term contract leaving reason.  I tried the below, but it doesn't work.

(count({<

Leavers.Leaving_Reason-={'Flexi Retirement'},

Leavers.Leaving_Reason-={'Fixed Term Contract'} and [Staff Group]={'Medical and Dental'},

Dates.FiscalYear={'15/16'}

>} Leavers.Leaving_Reason))

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Phil

You use E() Function in you set analysis.

Like this?

count({<Leavers.Leaving_Reason-={'$(=Only([<Leavers.Leaving_Reason = {'Fixed Term Contract'}, [Staff Group]={'Medical and Dental'}>} Leavers.Leaving_Reason))'}, Dates.FiscalYear={'15/16'} >} Leavers.Leaving_Reason)

May be like:

count({

<Leavers.Leaving_Reason-={'Flexi Retirement'} , Dates.FiscalYear={'15/16'}> *

<Leavers.Leaving_Reason-={'Fixed Term Contract'} , [Staff Group]={'Medical and Dental'}>

} Leavers.Leaving_Reason)
