Hi everybody, I have this situation
Colum Number | Colum Name | Data |
61 | mary | aaaaaa |
61 | mary | bbbbb |
61 | mary | cccccc |
61 | mary | ddddd |
62 | jane | qqqq |
62 | jane | wwww |
62 | jane | eeeee |
62 | jane | rrrrrr |
62 | jane | ttttt |
63 | paul | yyyy |
63 | paul | uuuu |
63 | paul | gggg |
63 | paul | hhhh |
61 | mark | jjj |
61 | mark | kkkk |
61 | mark | llll |
61 | mark | nnnn |
And I need to do a report with this information, one register per page,
Colum Number | Colum Name | Data |
61 | mary | aaaaaa |
61 | mary | bbbbb |
61 | mary | cccccc |
61 | mary | ddddd |
and so on.....
Im trying, but no ideia how to do it, never made a report before. I need to run it by number and name, note that the numbers repeats to different names, so I need to run it with the number and name parameters. How can i do it.
Other question, is there a way to make it save the pdfs as the columns? For example 61-mary.pdf..
Thank you.
I figure it in one way that solved my problem.
Creating an filter "ID" Number&Name and making an report seting the banding for the field ID.

Can you elaborate your requirement a little and what is the expected output with your current data? And you want to concatenate .pdf to Columname and Columnnumber?
Basically I have the fist table in my qlikview and I want, in this example, to generate 4 pdf reports.
Colum Number
Colum Number | Colum Name | Data |
61 | mary | aaaaaa |
61 | mary | bbbbb |
61 | mary | cccccc |
61 | mary | ddddd |
with the report name: 61-mary.pdf
columnnumber | columnName | Data |
62 | ane | qqqq |
62 | jane | wwww |
62 | jane | eeeee |
62 | jane | rrrrrr |
62 | jane | ttttt |
62-jane.pdf
Columnnumber | columnName | Data |
63 | paul | yyyy |
63 | paul | uuuu |
63 | paul | gggg |
63 | paul | hhhh |
63-paul.pdf
ColumnNumber | ColumnName | Data |
61 | mark | jjj |
61 | mark | kkkk |
61 | mark | llll |
61 | mark | nnnn |
61-mark.pdf
But my actually table has thousand of rows. I need to somehow run a loop by number and name and generate those reports as my example.
Do you automate the pdf to generate? How do you generate PDf for these?
Thought that qlikview could generate it. Can it be done then in one pdf file, but in separated pages??
I am so sorry, i am not pretty sure how you do that. But i believe there is some option on QV server QMC to do this.
