NPrinting 17.1 Connection issue. Cache column shows "Connection request purged due to connection error"

Server windows: Windows 2008 R2

NPrinting 17.1.1 is being setup on the same place which has Qlik Sense application hub.

Steps taken:

1. Setup installation through user account which has admin rights on the server.

2. Installed certificates of the Qlik Sense application.

3. Added an engine with machine name of the server.

4, Tried creating new user and connection using both same and different names.

The error came up after setting up the new connection.

Please suggest steps to resolve this..

Please find attached a screenshot of the error message.

Can you provide a screenshot for one of the connections? This error usually occurs when there is an error in the proxy address or app ID.

The admin user has to have rootadmin rights in Qlik Sense.

Thank you Lauran but I found the solution yesterday.  It was sufficient to reimport the Certificates created via QMC Console.  I have used the attached instruction file valid for 17.2.3 too:

Hi,

what if i cant add the nprinting admin user to the sense server?

i am in a situattion that both qlik sense server and nprinting server are not joined to domain.

both of the servers are isolated.

can it still work??
