Hi Narender,
Is this a differnet case to this?
Trigger is not working in Nprinting 17
Hello Lech,
No that the same one.
As that case was gone too much long so I created here the new one.
Please refer the same case as you mentioned. I have given my reply there.
Please suggest to sort out this issue.
Thank you,
Hi Narender,
I will test it today with my google account - will see how it goes. Let me get back to you in few hours.
cheers
Lech
Thanks alot Lech.
Hi
I have tested NPrinting with my priv gmail account - Works without issues.
It works by simply putting in NPrinting email settings following credentials:
Make sure set your gmail account to "Allow less secure apps" on ON
Remember to put also in publish task some email subject and content, and make sure your recipient has a valid email address.
regards
Lech
Thank you very much Lech.
I am doing the same but no luck.
are doing it from some company network? maybe behind firewall, or router or proxy?
are you able to use gmail smtp with other programs from this network?
regards
Lech
Hi Lech,
Yes, this server comes under firewall and Mcafee AV.But my network admin did not block the smtp server.
I can open my gmail account from that server browser.
If you know any application to check smtp then let me please.
Thanks,
Hi,
accessing through web browser is different thing than through port TLS587.
Talk again to your admin. Are you sure that the right port is not blocked. If you are saying SMTP is not blocked maybe your admin meant port 25 which is default for mail?
it is your network issue and has really nothing to do with NPrinting in this case.
Also, see whether in your company there may be internet access policy applied which would have to be also given to NPrinting account?
cheers
Lech
