Trigger is not working in Nprinting 17

Hello All,

I have set job, task, trigger, user etc in Nprinting . After applying trigger , I am not getting an email.So how can I check whether a email is working or not

Can I run Nprinting job manually rather than trigger or send some test email ??.

I dont use Gmail to send email but I have had experience of trying to get them to work using Web connectors.

The key thing for you is to make sure your Gmail account is set to allow less secure apps to access it.

I have already "allowed Less secure app " is ON.

Yes, they suggested giving credential under email setup page as you said.

Now waiting for support team reply as I have shared the issue with support team also.

Hi Andy,

The problem has been resolved successfully.

The issue is with the Firewall rule.

Network admin does the below thing.

1) QLIK.NPRINTING.SCHEDULER.EXE and telnet.exe process from being blocked

which is blocked by port blocking rule
