Hidden rows in tables exported to Excel

Hello,

I'm noticing that reports exported to Excel from NPrinting 17 SR1 are limited to 65,536 rows, even with .xlsx format. The databases generated by my reports have an average of 200k rows..

Can someone help me?

I see a similar issue in my nprinting reports. after 65536 rows , the data is hidden and we had to manually unhide those data.

did you upgrade your nprinting recently with some patches ?

We have installed NPrinting 17.3 and the problem still exists...
