Can acces QMC in sense after installation

Hi Expert

I install qliksense server and after installation the services are up but i can not acces to the hub or the qmc

attached the error and the image of the services

i add as a secure url but not change

i restart the server

i have the framework version 4.7

i try with different version of qlik sense server

what other thing i can try to up the qmc?

Hi Fernando,

If you installed Qlik sense on window server ,can you access QMC or HUB from server as run=>mstsc=> login=> open QMC, or you are trying to access hub or qmc through outside ?

please check fire wall is disabled

I put down the firewall and i try to acces local at that server not outside, that is so strange the behaviour

Hi,

Couple of things.

1. When Qlik Sense is installed it gets installed with all services as Delayed Start. So it takes time after installation about 4-5 minutes to open the QMC. So if you are trying immediately after install I would recommend that you wait for sometime and try again later.

2. At times there might be a certificate issue. So you should delete the certificate and restart the services. Look below link for more help.

3. You can try Localhost instead of the server name. So the URL which you should try is https://Localhost/QMC
